An opportunity has arisen for a motivated person to join Sitrock Limited, a diverse and ambitious organisation.
The role is specifically a CCTV Civil Enforcement Officer.
Verifying CCTV footage of both parking and bus lane contraventions, reporting camera faults to the CCTV supervisor, and assisting the Penalty Charge Notice Appeals team when necessary. You will be using various Microsoft programs and other systems, therefore an understanding and working with computerised systems are necessary. Please note that the above paragraph describes your primary role, however, depending on workload and resources it is possible that you may be required to work overtime when necessary. We do not currently envisage this change being implemented but you should be aware that it is possible.
Job Requirements
Sitrock Ltd is looking for an experienced CCTV Control room operator to join the team, working a mixture of shift patterns.
An awareness and understanding of issues surrounding traffic (particularly parking and bus lane) enforcement.
Excellent communication skills, with a good level of English (both written and spoken).
The ability to work effectively as part of a team, to work without direct supervision and be self-reliant.
Attention to detail.
To be fully conversant with CCTV control room software and use of control room monitoring equipment.
Ensure compliance with the CCTV Policy and audit trail. Strong customer service skills. CCTV BTEC Licence is applicable to the role. (CCTV Officer BTEC qualified Traffic Enforcement)
